Seek growth

If you’re stuck where you are and you have been for a while, this is because of a lack of growth.

You must keep growing. It’s very important that you do this no matter what.

Growth may feel painful at times but staying in place can be more painful in the long run.

Even if you have to go through uncomfortable growth and deal with unpleasant experiences, you need to keep growing.

Push your mental limits to stay driven and stay focused.

If you let yourself surrender, you surrender on yourself. You accept failure when you don’t have to.

Don’t let your growth be for anyone else, it’s for you. It’s not so you can show off in front of others, it’s so you be content with yourself.

Are you at rock bottom? It doesn’t matter.

Are you going through the worst possible experience of your whole life? That also doesn’t matter.

The reason these don’t matter? Where you started doesn’t matter. But where you end up does matter.

Wherever you end up, there’s a good chance you played a big role in taking yourself there.

You don’t need to be ashamed of your past, either. Your past is not an excuse to ruin your future. Neither is your present.

Every moment you fail to grow is a moment you wasted. Don’t waste time.

Don’t just let life happen to you, be an active participant. It doesn’t matter how bad things are, you can still seek growth.

Don’t just embrace it, seek it.

Define it, too. Don’t aimlessly seek growth in whatever form. Define what growth looks like to you.

Is growth you finding mental peace and happiness regardless of the world around you? Does your growth involve learning new things and becoming a more capable person overall? Is your growth leaving a tough past behind you and moving on?

Whatever growth is to you, define it. Write it down. And maintain consistency in your journey.

Every day, every morning, be thankful for the blessings you have and remind yourself to keep growing.

Grow every day. Even if you only improve slightly every day that goes by, it adds up. Ultimately, the growth becomes significant over time time.

Be better.
